How to benefit from this offer?

2. During the booking process, write your friend’s full name in the “comments” section.

3. Important: The offer will only be valid if this process is followed correctly.

    • The “Refer a Friend” promotion is open to future residents and current residents who are up to date with their monthly payments.
    • The referred person (the Referred) must be a new resident and must not have previously stayed at Bravo Students.
    • The “Refer a Friend” offer applies to reservations made between January 1, 2026 and August 30, 2026 subject to availability. Applications received outside these terms and conditions will not be accepted.
    • Referrals made by agents or intermediaries are not valid for this promotion.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, except for the “Renewals” offer.
  • The promotion is valid only for bookings made through the Bravo Students website.
  • A minimum stay of 6 months is required and applies exclusively to participating Bravo Students residences.
  • This is a limited promotion, available on a first-come, first-served basis and valid until Bravo Students decides to withdraw it.
  • There is the option of choosing an Amazon voucher worth €150 or a promotional discount that will be applied to the final payment of the accommodation fee, both for the Referrer and the Referred.
  • The discount will be applied once all required documentation has been received, resident details have been confirmed, and the first payment and any outstanding amounts have been paid.
  • The reward is offered by each residence on behalf of Bravo Students SL.
  • Once eligibility has been verified by the accommodation manager, both the referrer and the referred student will receive their reward before the end of their stay period.
  • In the event of a reservation cancellation, the promotion will be automatically void.
  • The promotion is non-transferable to another resident in the event of cancellation and self-arranged replacement.
  • This incentive is managed by each residence on behalf of the owner, who reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the reward at any time without prior notice.
  • For each person you refer, you will receive a €150 voucher — the more you refer, the more you earn.
  • These terms apply in conjunction with the general booking conditions of Bravo Students.

First-Year Guarantee

Have you failed to achieve the required entry grade for your chosen degree, or has the university withdrawn your offer? If so, you may cancel your contract with Bravo Students without penalty.

What does the First-Year Guarantee consist of?

  • If you are a first-year student and the University or Higher Education Institution withdraws your place due to failure to meet academic requirements, you may request the cancellation of your residence booking.
  • Likewise, if you gain admission to a different university due to achieving a higher-than expected grade, you may also cancel your contract.

Required Documentation

  • To process the cancellation, you must send us a copy of one of the following documents: Para tramitar la cancelación, deberás enviarnos una copia de uno de los siguientes documentos:
  • An official communication from the university or educational institution indicating the denial of the place, or academic evidence confirming that the required grades were not achieved; or
  • Proof of admission to a new university or institution as a result of updated grades.
  • Documentation must be sent within a maximum of two working days from the official publication of academic results, by email to your Bravo Students residence team.
  • Once the information has been reviewed and validated, we will proceed with the cancellation of your contract, always before August 1, 2026.

Has your visa application been refused?

At Bravo Students, we understand the situation and will cancel your booking, refunding any amounts paid in accordance with this guarantee.

What does the No-Visa Guarantee involve?

If you do not obtain the necessary visa before the start date of your accommodation contract, you may request cancellation and a refund of the amounts paid, provided the following conditions are met.

Required documentation

  • You must send us, within 48 hours of receiving official notification of the refusal.
  • Official proof of the visa refusal.
  • Written confirmation requesting cancellation of the booking.
  • Once we have received and verified the documentation, we will proceed to cancel the contract and issue the corresponding refund, in accordance with the applicable conditions.
  • Promotion organised by Bravo Students (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), owner and operator of the participating residences.
  • The promotion is addressed to individuals who formalise a reservation under the modality or discount identified as “Early Bird” in any of the residences managed by the Company.
  • The benefit consists of a complimentary stay of two (2) consecutive nights during the months of July or August, including brunch.
  • The stay may be enjoyed exclusively at residences located in:
  • The promotion shall be valid for reservations made under the Early Bird rate from 20/02/2026 until the Early Bird rate ends.
  • The complimentary stay must be enjoyed exclusively in July or August 2026 (or the corresponding promotional year).
  • To benefit from the promotion, the resident must:
    • Formalise the reservation under the Early Bird modality.

    • Sign the accommodation agreement.

    • Comply with the established financial conditions.

    • Maintain an active reservation (in case of cancellation, the benefit will be automatically void).

    • Request the stay at least 10 days in advance.

  • The benefit includes:
    • Two consecutive nights (Friday–Saturday or Saturday–Sunday).

    • Accommodation in a standard single room or an equivalent available category.

    • One brunch included for the beneficiary during the weekend.

  • The allocation of city and dates will always be subject to actual availability at each residence.
  • The Company may offer alternative dates or locations in the event of unavailability for the initially requested option.
  • The benefit is personal and non-transferable.
  • It does not include transportation, additional expenses, or services not expressly stated.
  • It cannot be exchanged for cash nor substituted for other products or services.
  • It may only be enjoyed once per formalised Early Bird contract.
  • The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions offering similar benefits, unless expressly stated otherwise by the Company.
  • In the event of cancellation, substantial modification, or breach of the main accommodation agreement, the benefit shall automatically become void.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion for justified reasons, including force majeure or operational circumstances preventing its proper execution.
  • Participation in the promotion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • Valid for new bookings made for the corresponding academic year at residences managed by the organizing entity.
  • Both siblings must formalize a housing contract and maintain an active stay according to the minimum period established.
  • The referred sibling will receive a 5% discount on the base price of accommodation.
  • Proof of sibling relationship must be provided through an official document (family book or equivalent).
  • The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, unless expressly indicated.
  • If a current resident refers a sibling who completes a booking, both will receive €150 each.
  • The new resident must indicate the name of the referring sibling at the time of booking.
  • The €150 incentive will be paid once the new resident has started their stay and made the first monthly payment.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer or applied as a discount to subsequent monthly payments.
  • The promotion can be applied jointly (5% + €150) as long as all conditions are met.
  • Promotion valid until availability is exhausted.
  • Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these terms. The organizing entity reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion for justified reasons.
  • Applies only if the full payment for the stay is made in advance. 
  • The 3% discount will be applied automatically at the moment the full payment is confirmed. 
  • Can be combined with other ongoing promotions or discounts. 
  • The booking must be confirmed and fully paid before the indicated deadline to benefit from the discount. 
  • In case of cancellation or modification, standard cancellation and refund policies will apply. 
  • The discount will be reflected in the final receipt once the full payment has been processed.
