Enjoy our amazing common areas such as the study room, living room, canteen or gym and relax sunbathing on our terrace or by the swimming pool. In each of the buildings that make up the residence hall, you will have a multipurpose room where you can use the kitchen and cook your favourite dishes.

Bravo! is located in a quiet area and very well communicated with the whole city.
A few minutes away you will find a bus and a tram that will take you quickly to the centre where you can stroll through its narrow streets, the Plaza de las Flores and the Mercado de Verónicas, reaching the Plaza de la Catedral and finishing with an aperitif in the Plaza de Teatro Romea.

We have a 24h/7 service and surveillance cameras to make you feel safe. In addition, you will have the freedom to come and go whenever you want from the accommodation. In your room, we clean and change the sheets on a weekly basis.

We take great care of our students’ diet. That is why we are committed to a balanced diet, prepared in our residence and always with fresh ingredients. If you are vegetarian, vegan or have any kind of allergy or intolerance, we will adapt the menu to your needs. We offer catering service 7 days a week (Saturday Brunch and Sunday dinner) and you can choose between Half Board and Full Board.

We have 2 types of rooms: single and double rooms. All rooms have a private bathroom and a kitchenette with fridge and microwave, except for the single rooms which have a full kitchen. In the twodios you will share the bathroom and a kitchen area with a roommate. In addition, we provide all the bed linen and a bathrobe to make you feel at home. 1. Reservation and payments
How can I book a room?
The booking process is very simple. Just go to https://bravostudents.greenlts.es/, select the type of room and fill in your personal details. Finally, you will be asked for a payment of 220€ which you can pay by credit card. This amount is non-refundable and will be retained as a registration fee. The remaining €200 is considered as a deposit and will be kept for the duration of your stay and will be returned at the end of the course if the room is in the same condition as you found it. Once the payment has been made, we will give you instructions so that you can fill in our extranet and sign the contract online and that’s it!
The accommodation team is at your disposal to answer any questions you may have during the booking process, so don’t hesitate to contact us at any time.
Do I have to be a student to live in the accommodation?
Yes, you must be part of the educational community to stay with us and you will need to present a document proving this when you make your booking. Remember that if you are a minor, the contract must be signed by your legal guardian.
Can I visit the accommodation?
Of course! Fill in the form or call us and we will schedule a visit to the student accommodation in Murcia, we are sure you will love it.
I would like to share a room with my best friend, is this possible?
We have double and triple rooms so if you have any special requests please say so during the booking process and we will allocate the perfect room for you.
How do I pay the rent?
There are several ways to pay. You can pay for the whole stay at once and get a 3% discount or you can pay by direct debit and pay month by month.
I have to cancel my booking, how do I do it?
In this case, you have to give one month’s notice by sending an e-mail to the student residence in Granada and we will contact you to tell you what steps to follow.
Leaving means the loss of the deposit and a penalty of up to 2 months’ accommodation. You will find all the information in the accommodation contract.
It saddens us to think that you are leaving us, but, to our consolation, you will always be a braver.
2. Services
When is the reception open?
24/7, so you can go about your life as normal.
In addition, we also have security cameras and controls to make you feel safe.
What does my room include?
All the rooms in the student residence in Granada include utilities (electricity, water and gas), as well as high speed internet and wifi. Also included in the price is the weekly cleaning of the room with a change of sheets. And of course, access to the study areas, terraces and relaxation areas of the residence hall. And weekly activities, sports tournaments and much more!
What pension am I covered for?
In the student residence in Granada we have our own canteen where we cook daily. It is not compulsory to hire a boarding house, but we recommend it so that you only have to worry about studying. It is also the place where you will meet other students and make friends. You can book half board or full board and once you have booked it, you will have to keep it for the whole duration of your stay.
Do I have internet?
Of course, you have high-speed WIFI throughout the building. In the rooms you have cable connection and usb ports.
3. Before arriving
When can I move?
You can move in from the first day your contract starts. Don’t worry if you have to start later, we will give you all the instructions to make moving in as easy as possible.
What do I bring from home?
You’re sure to bring the best energy and that’s a lot! Bed linen and towels are included so you only need to bring your own clothes and personal belongings, it’s that easy… and the desire to study and make new friends!
4. Once in Bravo!

On the first day you will receive a card that you will have to keep throughout your stay and that will give you access to your room, to the common areas and to the main door. Remember that for security reasons, the door will be locked between 23:00 and 7:00, if you arrive after 23:00 call the doorman so that our staff can open the door for you, this is for security reasons.
Do they do hazing in the accommodation?
In Bravo! accommodations, any kind of hazing or misbehaviour is forbidden, so you will be safe at all times.
And if I get sick, what do I do?
The student residence in Granada is located a few minutes’ walk from the Virgen de las Nieves Hospital, where you will be attended to in case of any emergency. The Health Centre is also very close. If you want private consultations, there is a Vithas centre nearby. And of course, whenever you need it, the staff of the residence hall will be there to help you, do not hesitate and come and talk to us!
What happens if I lose my room key?
Oh, what a little head! The good thing about living in a Bravo! residence is that there is always a solution. If you leave your key inside, we will open the door so that you can get it. If you lose it, we can make you a copy for €10, which you will have to pay at reception.
I have something broken in the room, what do I do?
It is inevitable that something will break with use, so it is important that you report any problems or damage to us. Come to reception or send us an email and our maintenance staff will repair it as soon as possible. If the item has been damaged due to misuse or improper use, the repair costs will be at your expense and can be paid at reception.
Can I smoke?
Smoking is prohibited in rooms and common areas. Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas outside.
Can I receive visitors?
Your family and friends are welcome. Visiting hours are from 9.00 am to 11.00 pm. To keep track of them, they must register at reception when they arrive and let us know when they leave. If you want to invite them to eat and share with them the spirit of Bravo! you can buy their menu and eat in the dining room with them. The common areas are only at the disposal of those staying at the residence, so they will not be able to use the gym or the study areas.
I am going on a trip and will not be in accommodation for a few days, do I have to give notice?
In this case, we would be grateful if you could let us know so that we can keep you informed.
Can I stick pictures and so on on the walls?
To make you feel at home, it’s important that your room has space for what really matters to you. That’s why you will have a magnetised area above the study table where you can stick anything you want with magnets. We ask you not to use glue or tape to stick things together, as they damage the wall and may affect your deposit if we see any damage on your departure.
Can I receive parcels?
Yes, no problem, just let us know so we can keep an eye on it and we will inform you as soon as it arrives so you can pick it up at reception.
Can I order food from outside?
Yes, but you must be at reception to collect it.
