FAQs
1. Reservation and payments
How can I book a room in the student accommodation in Zaragoza?
The booking process is very simple. Just go to https://bravostudents.reservations.direct/en-GB/reserve?buildingId=13488, select the type of room and fill in your personal details. Finally, you will be asked for a payment of 220€ which you can pay by credit card. This amount is non-refundable and will be retained as a registration fee. The remaining €200 is considered as a deposit and will be kept for the duration of your stay and will be returned at the end of the course if the room is in the same condition as you found it. Once the payment has been made, we will give you instructions so that you can fill in our extranet and sign the contract online and that’s it!
The accommodation team is at your disposal to answer any questions you may have during the booking process, so don’t hesitate to contact us at any time.
Do I have to be a student to live in the residence?
Yes, you must be part of the educational community to stay with us and you will need to present a document proving this when you make your booking. Remember that if you are a minor, the contract must be signed by your legal guardian.
Can I visit the residence?
Of course! Fill in the form or call us and we will schedule a visit to the residence, we are sure you will love it.
I would like to share a room with my best friend, is this possible?
We have double and triple rooms so if you have any special requests please say so during the booking process and we will allocate the perfect room for you.
How do I pay the rent?
There are several ways to pay. You can pay for the whole stay at once and get a 3% discount or you can pay by direct debit and pay month by month.
I have to cancel my booking, how do I do it?
In this case, you have to give one month’s notice by sending an e-mail to the residence hall and we will contact you to tell you what steps to follow. Leaving means the loss of the deposit and a penalty of up to 2 months’ accommodation. You will find all the information in the accommodation contract. It saddens us to think that you are leaving us, but, to our consolation, you will always be a braver.
